A cold snow day in the US, Sohan

Finally, a brutal winter has come to an end

From thee, the hope out of a disappointing year

All the frozen snow has melted and turned back to water

Dark days have finally gone

Two and a half feet of snow in one-night slammed Boston

And covered trees with snow

And yet the spring made its way

Leaving the cold winter behind

However, I had to live my time in the hospital

What an incredible sight of the nature

It is pleasure to see the birds fly and fluff their feathers

While trees like oaks and maples grow their leaves

And cherry blossoms and magnolia blooms

Nevertheless, the leaves enjoy sunlight through photosynthesis

Finally, we go out on a meetup hike in Blue Hills Reservation

Where we reached the top of the tower

That overlooked the Massachusetts bay and beautiful skyline of Boston

From you, I have been distant in the summer

When, I went to Nepal dressed in shorts and shirt

I had a spirit of youth

As I made overseas move

To see my family and complete my recovery

Neither the birds nor the snow

Stopped me from doing Everest Base Camp hike

For fourteen days as I saw the mountains

Even the moon laughed at my slow-paced walk

Could the fall be any better I tell?

In the mountains, I see the sunrise

Without wasting time, I wonder at the nature’s red rhododendron

And I praise the flower’s aromatic smell

Such a delight to witness sweet sight

Although, it was still fall, it was quite cold like winter

However, I enjoyed the fall with red wine

Sitting at the base of the Everest Base Camp as I played with snow and sunshine.

Happy me at Shenandoah National Park

Happy is the man who lives with little and does not hoard

For he belongs to the kingdom of god

Happy is the man who lives with beard

And justifies his manhood

Happy is the man who walks to work

Instead of driving a car

For he saves the environment

Happy is the man who respects his wife and loves her

For she loves him back

Happy is the man who gives without expectation

For he will receive more than he can bear

Happy is the man who loves solitude

For he finds peace in it

Happy is the man who works and appreciates the present

For he has a bright future

Happy is the man who does not boast

For he is humble and his words are wise

Despite the strong winds and heavy snowfall

People continue their search for freedom

In a lonely island

Although, they can be destroyed

But they cannot be defeated

Because they are resilience and strong

To rise back from the dust
